Turned up at 6pm to the Owner sat at a table telling us he isn’t open...however on Google...he’s open to which I told him. He said he doesn’t use Google so I don’t suppose he’ll read this..he only uses Trip Advisor. But I use that too...and he’s going to get a 1 star there too. I suppose he’ll realise that It doesn’t matter what he uses, it’s what his customers use and if they waste a trip, it’s not his problem either it seems.

The ambience is really nice. Good wine and service. My steak was really chewy but the salad was on point. I might have just gotten the bad piece of meat because my friends all had really good food and were loving it. I would give it a second chance because it was overall really good. Until then I'll give it only 4/5 stars. But according to my friends it deserves the 5
Absolutely amazing place. I did not eat big meal here; just fresh goat cheese and wine. Cheese was really fresh and served with homemade pumpkin marmalade. I am not sure which one I like most but both was very delicious. I took the wine the owner recommended and it was a nice wine (can be seen in my pictures). No fado music but you can enjoy mellow jazz melodies.
Choose from some 150 wines in this small (15-20 seats) wine bar that also serves a good range of cheese and sausages. Proper meal also available (did not try). The staff is very knowledgeable and bonus: no Fado.
Spent two very nice evenings here with two different very courteous waiters. Good food, very fine wine, excellent port wines. On the third evening, our last one in Lisbon, waiter no. 3 told us „no more room for two, good bye“ while only two tables were occupied. Would still go there again and hope for one of the first two waiters.
Amazing selection of cured meats and cheeses. My wife for a sparkling pink wine, which she loved. Service was also excellent at 4pm
Good food and a huge wine selection. Nice people watching location in the Alfama district. Dessert crepe for two is a real treat!
Delicious!! Fabulous wine & the steak dinner was amazing! Not to mention that it was cooked right at the table side making it a bit of a dinner and a show! Go early to get a seat or make a reservation. The chocolate dessert was also wonderful!
