Do not sign up with this company unless you want to be paying them for the rest of your life. I have been trying to cancel my membership since 30 May 2020 due to the fact that they were still charging for full services despite their location being closed due to Covid19. The phones were not being answered and all emails ignored. During this time I also received no information as to when the facilities would be available again. Finally I went to another Solinca venue to ask for contact information and they gave me the Club Managers direct email. (They were unable to cancel for me, as it has to be done with at the original venue) Days later the Club Manager finally forwarded my email to another colleague who replied back on 16 June 2020 in regards to the membership cancellation. My cancellation policy is 30 days notice..... as of 3 AUGUST 2020 SOLINCA IS STILL CHARGING ME via the direct debit and having visited the venue and talked to numerous people (including the club Manager Ines who was present and avoiding me the entire time during the visit) They are unable to resolve the situation or refund the back payment I am owed. Once they have your banking details they will never let you go. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Good machines and weights, staff friendly but I felt like everything was very compact and limited. A bit expensive if you're looking to only go for 1 day. wouldn't advice someone to go for 1 day only.

Very poor staff service. I was waiting nearly 40 minutes for information but couldn’t get one staff to talk to when they were just talking and having fun with other clients. At the end when I couldn’t wait any longer I went to say bye and will come back later , I was surprised one of the staff said ok no problem. He didn’t apologise or didn’t make a sorry face . It happened at Colombo solinca .

Very amazing gym. Has many different exercise equipment and many activities like taekwondo or CrossFit. The staff is always willing to help.
