My Fancy Wedding planned and coordinated our small elopement in August 2017. From the initial email, to the many Skype calls, and finally getting to meet the girls in person, Sofia and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! They took care of every little detail and styled our day impeccably. We can't thank Sofia and her team enough!

When we first decided to hire a wedding a planner for our wedding in Portugal, we conducted a round of interviews. The thing we liked about Sofia and why we ultimately chose her was that she listened and cared about our story. The gears were already turning in her head at that time, envisioning a unique wedding for our unique story. Her team listened to provide beautiful decor and styles while Sofia found us a venue that was beyond our wildest dreams. It was exactly what we wanted. They were efficient and organized through the whole process to give us a successful and fantastic wedding. With specializing in destination weddings, My Fancy Wedding would benefit from a little more attention to transport of people, especially if the wedding is not in a major city. None the less we could not happier with their work. We highly recommend them.
Sofia, Carolina and the team at My Fancy Wedding were wonderful in helping us celebrate our marriage in Lisbon in July, 2019. From our initial meeting, we were impressed with their professionalism and their experience in helping couples who were living abroad to organize weddings in Portugal. We already had some suggestions for locations for our ceremony and reception so it was great to be able to hand off to MFW and let them handle the logistics. On the day itself they had thought through all eventualities and made the day stress free and a happy occasion..even having to deal with our privately commissioned tram getting stuck in traffic en route to the reception. Their design choices were exactly what we wanted for our low key celebration. We would definitely recommend MFW to couples who are having their ceremony in Portugal.
