The waiter was amazing. Very friendly and nice. Food was good. Stake was to chewy. I would recommend getting better quality meat. The rest was 10/10. Very very very clean and cozy place. Delicious wine and dessert. Sauce for stake... mmm amazing. I would highly recommend visiting the place. Price very reasonable, Will definitely come back if we visit Lisbon in the future! Best wishes for the waiter!!! He was brilliant!

My friend and I had such pleasant and lovely dinner in this cozy bistro restaurant. I had pumpkin soup and cod, my friend had salad, and salmon, and we both had panna cotta for dessert. Everything was prepared and cooked beautifully and tasty. Price was reasonable, atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. I would definitely return.
We only found this bistro by looking at Google Maps. The reviews were very good. We totally agree. Super friendly service, low key and relaxed. We liked the clean and fresh decor. The food was excellent. Without doubt the main course of pork tenderloin was one of the best plates of food I have eaten. Simple but perfectly cooked with perfect vegetables. Yes, the menu is short....for me that means the chef is giving himself/herself a chance to concentrate on the quality. The wine list could be more adventurous but we were happy with our choice. To top it all the prices are very good, the value is outstanding. My partner and I both highly recommend Salsa Rosa and wish them the prosperous future they deserve.

As per the previous reviews, this is not a tourist trap! It's genuinely high class food at reasonable prices. The dining area seems very private and romantic. The tables are well presented and the wine list is also excellent and varied! I had the pork tenderloin as per the recommendations in other reviews and it was delicious and well presented. My girlfriend had the fish of the day (hake) and was very impressed. The service was impeccable and, although not the most important part of a dinner out, the men's toilets were the cleanest and bestpresented I've ever been in! I can't recommend this restaurant enough, an absolute pleasure.
A wonderful little restaurant serving some great food. We had the pork chop and pork tenderloin and both were cooked perfectly. The cheese plate was also fantastic as was our dessert of chocolate cake and Caiprinha (!) Ice cream. What tops it off is the wonderful staff who were friendly and helpful. This is not a tourist trap. It is a thoughtful restaurant that's worth a visit, especially if you stay in the area.
Great tiny restaurant in middle of the city. Amazing service, food and athmosphere! The salmon with coconut rice is great!
A wonderful counterpoint for those of us who want to taste a light (yet substantial) meal with the most interesting fresh ingredients. Lovely food and super considerate service. Great value for first class meals! Highly recommended.
