I used The Royal Thai embassy services, more precisely the consulate to get reunited with my family back in Thailand during covid19 pandemic. A lot of documentation and paperwork was needed but the consulate gave me all support needed, always prompt to answer to my doubts and questions. A special thanks to Mr Kitipod, and all his support. Incredibly helpful and fast in dealing with queries and documentation. I and my partner had our COE's approved in one day and the next stage on a Sunday! I don't imagine that there is any other embassy in the world that works that hard! I am absolutely amazed how helpful and quick they are!
Dealing with Thai people in this embassy was very pleasant. They spoke in a kind and polite tone. The 2 Thai ladies were very very helpful and offered the best they can to help us with the information we needed. I have high respect for such helpful people working in an embassy who are service oriented and not grumpy impolite people. Very easy to find thru Google map. A lot of walking is needed if you don’t have a car. Ride 728 bus and go down on the main road then you have to walk up this street. Just follow the map and it is going to be easy. Nothing confusing about finding this embassy. It is located in a very quiet street.
Very friendly staff that answered my questions very quick through Facebook Messenger.

如果跟着谷歌地图走很容易找到，否则不那么容易找！坐火车到贝伦站下车，走到大使馆大概20分钟左右吧！到了按门铃就会有人开门了，很小的办公室，每次来都很静，没人来办事！真爽！
