Faulty helmet visor broke 1 week after purchase. I was refused a refund and accused of breaking the visor myself. Had to pay the cost of a new visor. Very poor customer service, and zero help from Nolan’s distributor in Portugal.

Great customer service. Claudio & Maria (I hope I've got their names correct!), were very friendly and helpful. They also speak English fortunately for me. I was after a new helmet and sent two emails requesting information and they responded to both very quickly. I went to the store and decided on the helmet but wanted a different colour to the one they had in the store. Within 2 hours they had got the one I wanted and it was waiting for me back at the store. They emailed me to tell me it had arrived. Great service and a pleasure to deal with them.
