I had my display for iPhone X changed and after 2 days it was already with problems of brightness and color. I went back to ask for substitute and the answer was I have to pay for a new one !!! Where is the guarantee for products ? Nothing! No respect for the client and no quality of the product! Big disappointment ! Not recommended !

Don't waste your money here replacing a phone screen. They use screens that are not even close to the original. I had to get an iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced here because the other official stores in the mall had a long lead time for a replacement. Though they did the job quickly, the screen was so much bluer than the original that I couldn't trust it for photos. Also, there were discolored lines on the center of the screen. I took it back to get it fixed and they said they would get a new screen that was closer to the original in a few days and call me. Two weeks go by, I receive no call. They don't pick up the phone so I had to make the trek in person to check on the status. After a 25 minute wait just to be able to talk to someone, they say it will be at least another week before they can get the screen. It didn't seem like they genuinely even tried to get a screen after my last visit. At this point, I've given up that they'll be able to fix it and will get it replaced at a more reputable service center.

Derrubei água em cima do meu macbook pelo que pedi limpeza devido ao estrago de água. No final das contas após abrirem o computador informaram-me que não havia qualquer estrago e não cobrariam nada pelo diagnóstico. Salvaram-me uma grande dor de cabeça e foram honestos mesmo podendo ter pedido dinheiro.

Esta loja foi reformulada e já não tem nada haver com o passado. Excelente atendimento, com simpatia, paciência, atenção e disponibilidade para encontrar a melhor solução para o Cliente. Muito profissionais e muito esclarecedores nas sugestões. noutras lojas, no próprio CC, fui atendido (mal atendido), na porta e nem se preocuparam em arranjar ou propor solução para a minha necessidade. Aqui, na Iservices, senti-me \cuidado\ e com alguém preocupado em arranjar uma solução. Não percam tempo noutras lojas do género. EXCELENTE. MUITO RECOMENDÁVEL.
