When you are providing a service - the front office, or the employees that deal with customers - are the reason to keep using the service - or not. Front-desk of Regus Parque das Nações has an excellent service - The ladies at the reception take care of our requests always a smile on their face; never say no without a justification and more than often anticipate some of our needs. So if needed to rate the Team at Regus - I would give 5***** to all team members. As to facilities it self, they are clean, tidy although in terms soundproofing may still be room for improvement. To sum up - would I recommended Regus Parque das Nações - definitively! and because the team makes you fell part of the family, specially for companies that are now starting-
