I have booked the trip from LISBON to LOURINHA (and back) for the 18th of January. Due to the restrictions implemented by Portuguese Government I was forced to cancel my travel about what I informed you on the 13th of January. I tried to call but your \expert\ told me that these issues can be resolved only via email. I wrote an email, nobody answered me till today. My money has been charged. Who is responsible for such a horrible service? Who will give me back my money or at least a voucher for the next trip as I asked before??? Or due to the pandemic you all were infected and lost the rest of your brains? I am waiting for official answer, will make an official reclamation about your terrible service and attendance. Very disappointed. 0 points out of 5!

Convenient way to travel between cities in Portugal. Busses seems comfortable. A lot of routines . Right here parking for cars. Not so crowded. Clean and safe
The service itself is very good, they almost always have space available in their buses for a last minute trip and it was always like this, the station itself is very clean and spacious so you can always maintain the distance from people in the situation we're going through. The only downside with the company is that lately they have been working with overcrowded buses, which is uncomfortable for us as customers but understandable for them as company because they cannot put more buses on the street than they already have.
My bag can't go next to me because the bus may break and things may fall on the floor, which is unsafe. However, it was only my bag! It seems like all the others bags, sacks, purses, and similar items do not represent any danger either placed on the floor/seats. It's above all, a fair service.
We have access of the buses all around Portugal. It would have been much better if they had a farmacy as well.
Good transportation in Portugal. Fast and safe!
Good Quality Services But not that Best
The easiest and cheap (22round ticket) to go to Nazaré!!!! Such a beautiful town and you can reach easily the Cliff where you can see huge waves!!! Simple unbelievable!!!!
