I’ve done the Intensive Reset with PowerFoods a few times and I always love it. The smoothies are delicious and are delivered easily and on time every morning. I always feel like a new person after my five days of PowerFoods. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy reset.

I did the reset program with my husband and we are enthusiastic about it. In the five days of the program we easily lost weight and most importantly we have been able to build long term healthy habits. Powerfoods is the best thing that happened to me in 2020. It is a company that takes care of all your needs. They are kind and super well organised. The smoothie Juices.. are all vegan which is amazing for me as I am a vegan. They are nutritious and delicious. I felt my body get clean and lean. I totally recommend them. It will be my fourth time next week and I will do a juice cleanse with them every month.

Recomendo vivamente. Muito atenciosos, sem falhas nas entregas e o programa funciona mesmo!! Os smoothies e os batidos têm na sua maioria sabores muito agradáveis. Apesar de ser uma dieta líquida nunca nos sentimos sem energia. Recomendo tanto os resets de 5 dias como o programa de diet coaching para quem quer perder mais peso.
