My family and I have been extremely pleased working with Portugal Properties, from our initial contact with Hannah Wood, through our experiences working with Marcello Fanico. Prior to our arrival in Lisbon, Hannah very promptly responded to all of our numerous questions about moving to Lisbon, from currency exchange matters to financing and legal representation. Marcello Fanico devoted entire days at a time to driving us to various properties, listening very closely to our property investment criteria and preferences, and providing insightful feedback. Marcello very kindly introduced us to an excellent law firm and arranged a meeting with the senior partner that very same day (in what proved to be a lengthy meeting that Marcello personally attended). After taking us to view apartments on our first day apartment shopping, our young son left a minor item in Marcello's car. We were surprised when some hours later, we found that Marcello had driven all the way back from his office on the other side of Lisbon to deliver the lost item back to our son. We had no way of expecting this level of service and commitment, and genuinely felt that Portugal Properties offered us a knowledgeable and caring partner in our property search in Lisbon. We are happy to recommend the services of Portugal Properties, and particularly would like to thank Hannah Wood and Marcello Fanico for their efforts that on a professional and personal level were truly exceptional.
