The mattresses exhibition is well prepared and allows customers to fully test before buying. Mrs. Dina is relentless is helping the customers finding what they are looking for. The prices are really good and we get good advices from Mrs. Dina. Delivery in the Lisbon area is free. Parking nearby can be an issue but there's a park at 10m walking distance

What a kind and helpful lady Senhora Dina. She didn't speak any English but with the help of a Portuguese friend, got the bed (Emma) and base we wanted in time for our friends visit from Australia. And at a fair price even as foreigners. She was patient with an unexpected problem and efficient. Can see why the Portuguese reviews are so good.

Encomendei um conjunto sommier e colchão de uma côr e veio uma completamente diferente(pedi preto veio branco), não mostraram nenhuma preocupação com o caso. Não recomendo!

Foi-nos dito que por estarmos nesta fase do COVID a entrega poderia demorar 2 semanas. A verdade é que demorou 1 mês ou pouco mais. Felizmente entregaram o colchão atempadamente. Podia descer de 3 para 2 estrelas pois uns minutos após a montagem me ligaram a pedir para apertar 2 porcas que tinham deixado meias soltas mas que ão era grave\. Mas o material tem qualidade.

Tratei da compra dum colchão EMMA totalmente online. Tinham o preço mais baixo, atendimento 5 estrelas pela senhora Dina e total disponibilidade para ajudar em qualquer duvida. O envio foi rápido para a região do Alentejo. Ainda tive desconto por ser assinante da DECO. Recomendo e voltarei a utilizar os serviços caso seja necessário.
