A perfect experience. The staff went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They were specially friendly and also very reactive and proactive. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. A place to feel home, i will definitely come back to when visiting Lisbon.

We love this place! Very clean and modern. Plus we loved the location, within walking distance to several places (even the train station). We wish there was more then one person to get breakfast for all the guest. Their were times we couldn’t eat because of the wait and we had to meet local friends. It would be great if the bar was open and if you could order food throughout the day/dinner. We went in the beginning of August. We still have 5 stars because the place was so nice and convenient and we just ate other places. I would highly recommend this location and would only stay here again when visiting Portugal!
We are only one night into our 3-night stay and we are having a lovely experience. The room is clean and relatively spacious; fast Wifi; and the lights and temperature are all controlled via tablet. Very friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, but we happily paid the 15/person fee for a delicious and filling spread (eggs, pancakes, coffee, juice, pastries) in their lovely outdoor garden (see photo). The location is a little out of the way (about a 15 minute walk from major tourist attractions), but the uphill walk home is welcome after a night out eating and drinking.
Amazing Place! Such beautiful rooms, professional service! So glad about our choice to come here. Area is great, not so busy and noisy than elsewhere and still walkable distance to the main sights.
An wounderful little Hotel with incredible amazing service! The rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The breakfast was just delicious and like the cherry on the cake. A big thank you to the very friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend staying here. We will be back again!

We spent 5 nights there in November and overall we‘re pleased about our stay at the OnJ S. Lazaro. The location is excellent and our apartments were nice and comfortable which included daily cleaning service. Their breakfast is pretty nice: a small buffet and individually prepared warm dishes like eggs benedict (our favourite was hash potato). However some thoughts we have, though, e.g. there was only one person in the breakfast room who serves guests and makes coffees & co. When several guests are there at same time, there is no way that you can manage them well by only oneself. They offer a mimosa at breakfast, but the sparkling wine was running out for 2 days in a row and that was fairly disappointed. A smart home system called „Teletask” is installed in every apartment and for some lights there are no physical switches. So, it was kind of inconvenient that you need to use a tablet every time and control it via an app which takes some time to boot. Furthermore, the system didn’t work properly in one of our apartments and the electricity shut down several times every night. We informed the reception about the problem, but it’s a technical issue and they couldn’t do anything.
Artful apartment that pays attention to small details. Very helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen and laundry facilities. Spacious room. Walkable distance to main public transportation and other tourist attractions.
