It was lunchtime on a weekday at the time of our arrival. The staff seated us quickly at a nice table and our waiter made us excellent recommendations. In terms of portion, the meals are huge therefore one must order with caution. A meal for two would probably feed 4 people. In terms of quality, it was out of this world. Muito obrigado por tudo. Quando estivermos na cidada novamente, voltaremos com certeza. O seu restaurante é imperdível em Lisboa!

Super tasty Pasteis! Lunch Menu offers a big choice at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and the location is great. That‘s your top choice on Praça do Comércio.

Worthy of its accolades indeed. I had one of the best grilled sea bass ever today at this restaurant in downtown Lisbon. The fish is fresh and subtly flavoured with olive oil yet. Located in one corner of the plaza, you'll find friendly service from English speaking staff who are not shy of recommending the specials on the menu. Absolutely yummilicious.

This place doesn’t serve great food or drink but it doesn’t really seem like it’s what it’s there for. It’s more an homage / museum to Fernando Pessoa - I enjoyed it. It looks pretty and you’ll learn a bit about the one of the city’s most celebrated authors.

Came here after touring Lisbon. The staff were very friendly, and they had menus in french and english. Food was cooked well and fish was very fresh, it was a bit salty for my taste, but other people at the table loved it.

Hungry after a long flight and before we could check in we chose to go to Martinho da Arcada. Perhaps we should have sat on the cafe side and not the restaurant side. The meal was good, but maybe not quite what we were looking for. The waiter was courteous but not all so friendly. It was an odd hour of 2pm. Definitely feel that it’s tourist heavy, I can imagine that on a sunny day the patio would be full. Keeps to world wide ideas of “famous” “classic” offerings to tourists who want to dip their toes in safely.
