Booked with Odisdeas. They didn't get the reservation. Called and booked via phone. Arrived and..the spa was closed. If they treat like this all the clients better go somewhere else.
This place is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been bringing my mother here for her implants and they are still not done. Every single time they tell her to come to 2 days, then it’s an entire week. I’m here on vacation and they told her to come 2 days and now it’s 4 days out of our vacation and she STILL has to come back again in a few months. They tell her stories after stories and they are never right. They make it impossible to be able to plan anything around their visits because they have been constantly changing it. So inconsiderate, always lies, and a waste of time. I would’ve rather had her teeth done in the US instead of being stuck in their nonsense.
Awful customer service, and you don't want to be in a place where the doctors are unaccassible and are more important than the clients. Had to wait for almost 2 month for the doctor to be available to start treatment of my daughter, and when finally came to the appointment was told that the doctor couldnt see us because apparently in their system the appointment was booked for a different time! Most likely they internally rescheduled the appointment to accommodate another customer and forgot to confirm with us the new timing, which wouldn't work for us anyway.
Complete set of dental services, high quality experts. Can be a bit pricey, but if you have a difficult case (root canal, large restoration, implant) this is the place to do it. Professional and care about their patients. Don't charge for things they shouldn't (to re-glue braces or a retainer).

Repaired a prosthetic tooth in an afternoon for an American that didn't speak Portuguese. Very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the experience that I was scared of before going.
