The passport “shop” is within the shopping mall, easily found in the ground floor. We have arrived at 07:40, and 40 people were already in line for 09:00 opening! By 08:30, there were at least 150 people in the queue. Luckily, the security guard went through the queue asking who’s there to apply/renew passports and citizen cards (and matters alike) and a new line of about 20 people was formed, making this a very swift process. I am writing this at 09:19, and we are all done - the new card is going to be ready for collection by 14:00 today. Interestingly enough, in the queue of 20 people, we were the only ones renewing the passports/replacing lost citizen ID cards, so unsure how the line is segregageted between the 20 people and the remaining 130 people who are still queuing.
