It's an old hotel, not very near the city centre. The hotel looks run down from the outside and inside it was OKish. We were told we got nicer renovated room but honestly couldn't tell, perhaps the shower was new but the furniture was good 20 years old, yellow curtains, dirty spots, nothing too nice. Because of thin windows you hear the highway down the hotel. The best thing was anti-foggy mirror - loved that one! Because of Covid we got breakfast in the room, again not impressive and the lounge was closed, they provided happy hour from 5 to 7 for elite members but the menu seemed to be the same every day to we skipped on our second night. Seemed frozen food mostly anyways and Caesar salad without dressing or almost anything really was not great. Overall it was an OK stay but I don't see any reason to come back. BTW cosmetics expired in 2019, you cannot even blame Covid here...

I’ve been staying at the Marriott Lisbon for 6 nights and it has been an absolute pleasure, the staff was very professional and helpful, the hotel has a nice atmosphere and decor, with a good pool area. The rooms has a good size, all fairly newly renovated, with everything you would expect from a Marriott hotel. As I visited during the COVID-19 times, it is worth flagging how seriously they were on safety measures, at no point did I feel unsafe or at risk of unnecessary exposure. I will strongly recommend a visit to this hotel!

What's great : the staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, great lobby and common area, fantastic breakfast buffet, quiet rooms What's not so great: the 4th floor could use a big refresh, room we stayed in was quite dated, one of the closet doors were missing, location is relatively distant from the city center. The gym could use a refresh as well but I appreciated the spa water, nuts, and apples that they provide. Equipment is standard but has gone through a good amount of wear and tear. They have a heated pool, no jacuzzi. I slept pretty well overall here. Best for conferences if it's at the hotel. I may or may not stay again in this hotel in the future. Would like to be closer to the city center in the future.

Nice hotel and great service. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Rooms are specious and comfortable, however can do a bit with cosmetic updating. Location is central with good transport links. Will highly recommend.

Never been there, but they opened their doors to the Portuguese far right xenophobe party presidential election night result speech... so, not a good color...

We stayed in a Jr exec suite and it was a very nice room. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast and happy hour area was well stocked and always attended. The shower could have been better. It's a tight area and the water pressure is low.

nice and comfortable hotel, rooms are convenient and acoustic insulation is good. very friendly staff. great choices at breakfast (buffet), you can have breakfast until 11am each day. nice bar. however when you are sitting outside with a view to the pool it's quite noisy as there is a main road next to the hotel. They try to overcome this with music that plays the whole day.
