Terrible. They were never on time. The audio did not work. The wifi didn’t work. They wait until after you pay to tell you sights are closed. Pay a couple euro more for a better service.

Yellow Bus Tourist trap for the tramway of the Green Line. The tram to take is the red line but you have to pay extra. Impossible to upgrade the ticket. Brutal to know where to stand to make the right waiting line
The team was super nice and helpful, the bus had 10m delay on rush hour, for me that work. Highly recommended to get the blue line Belem(16-18) and the boat trip(20, amazing experience), you can get the both of them for 25 and is for 24h!
Jumbo service
Took blue and purple lines, purple was not interesting. Had to wait more than 20 minutes at some stops. On purple line stop 10, bus passed by and did not even look right to notice me.
Le bateau avec excursion sur le Tage jusque belem bien, team rouge bien, funiculaire sympa, pour le reste à savoir les bus impérial, totalement nul, bus plus que rares voir inexistants, aucun horaire disponible, nous attendions je pense encore le bus à belem si on avait pas pris le bateau, je ne conseille donc pas du tout les bus, privilégier le métro avec la carte journaliere à 6,40 qui permet aller de partout avec bus tram et metro
Je moet rekening houden met slechte kwaliteit tickets,klein en dun. Als je hem kwijt bent,heb je puur pech! De tram kun je maar op 1 plaats verlaten! De boot vaart niet erg veel. Beter andere kaart,de echte Lisboacard! Geen toegang tot musea etc. Te duur! Audio werkt vaak niet.
Servizio pessimo, una finta audio guida che non parla, soste infinite (penso che abbiano pochi bus). Siamo al limite della truffa.
