I have done my X-ray. Staffs are nice and good technical knowledge. But waiting time is too much. It took more than one week just to give report. I think its too much to deliver a x-ray report.

A few weeks ago I scheduled the sonogram for the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The phone operator and the reception were nice, the place clean, no complaints there! They don't charge extra if you have a family doctor's referral. What I really disliked was: - the sonogram room doesn't have a second screen for the patient to see what is being analysed at the same time with the doctor (all scan places I have visited in the last 15 years have a second screen, especially the ones that do baby scans!!!) - the attitude of the dr performing the scan: completely condescending, saying things like parents don't need to know technical details and it's not all like in \the pink magazines\ we read... He also took very little time with the scan, around 15min - when all my past experiences with morphology scans were 40min.

Ecografia morfológica com duração de 5 minutos. O médico Candido Freitas escreveu no relatório que não havia mal formações. Contudo o feto apresenta 2 marcadores para trissomias (alterações ao nível da prega da nuca e ossos do nariz -relevantes para realização de amniocentese). Desaconselho vivamente.

Falta de profissionalismo. Não recomendo. Marquei os meus exames, recebi mensagem confirmando a marcação. Cheguei à hora marcada ao centro da Av. Afonso Costa (Olaias), 11horas, onde me informaram ter de esperar 2 horas pois a Sra Dra. também tinha acabado de chegar, estava com um problema de saúde e tinha de se ter calma para ver se conseguia fazer o seu trabalho. Toda a gente tem direito a estar doente, devem é avisar os utentes a tempo e horas e remarcar os exames se for caso disso. Um profissional com consciência não tem este tipo de atitude.

Local moderno, bem equipado. Já lá fui duas vezes com o meu filho para realizar uma ecografia e tudo correu como deveria ser. Médico muito competente.

A evitar. O tempo de espera é incompreensível. Completa desorganização. Tem de levantar os resultados em mão. Em suma: século passado...

Péssimo atendimento no TAC renal. Má educação e falta de colaboração com o paciente. Enfim...uma vergonha.
