Fantastic little place a little but outside the City centre but it was well worth the journey. First of all the owners are lovely and really passionate about their food which is all locally sourced from the mountains (specialising in sausages and cheese). The place had a real locals vibe to it with no English menu but that didn’t matter as the owners spoke exceptional English and talked us through the menu making recommendations. The food itself was exceptional and really reasonably priced.

It was the best service that I ever tried. The waiter was so friendly and polite. He offered us some wine degustation. We let him choose meals on the menu with no regrets. The blood sausages were excellent and the bread was perfectly prepared. The chocolate cake with almonds for the desert was also delicious. I definitely recommend this place, for aperitif as for dinner.
Very friendly staff, very cosy place, very nice home cooked food. It felt like I was eating in someone's little living room and the kitchen was right in front of us. The owners were very helpful with everything. The food was excellent and was very cheap. I highly recommended this place. Must try.
We went here on our last night in Lisbon and wished we found it earlier. The couple running the place are extremely kind, funny, and most importantly, make amazing food. 100% worth going if you enjoy the Portugese local cheeses and chorizos.
The owner has an excellent attitude and know how to treat you well. We even got beers to taste, shrimp in garlic is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended local place to try
Amazing food amazing experience! Wonderful service from the owners who took you through the menu and allowed you to relax. Great choice of wine. Allowed to choose from a variety. Can not recommend this place enough. Book in advance as otherwise you will be disappointed.
For someone looking for amazing Portuguese cheese e smoked meats, or any other tradicional produce! this place is amazing!! good food, awesome wine and amazing costumer service by the owners. i'm so thankfull for the food that i tasted there. Definitely a must. Highly recommend.
