If you just speak a little bit of português and try to speak with the people there in English, they are really unfriendly and show you that you're not welcome. Also you have to wait so long even if you have an appointment with the doctor. I will rather go in an other hospital where they are always friendly and nice to one who doesn't speak perfectly português.

A well equipped clean hospital with amazingly fast and on time service.
Just taking in to consideration the 10 covid19 PPI surcharge, I would expect politeness at entrance, not to be treated as marginal person, when I'm actually wearing an ffp2 certified mask, and protection eye glasses. Demanding me to replace a certified face mask by a surgical mask, that actually doesn't protect me against infection, it's ludicrous. Specially when you are surcharged 10 over a 120 doctor's appointment. And overall rude staff, for God's sake, be polite!

Excellent hospital, good Doctors and staff.
Pessoal maravilhoso, fui super bem atendida por urologia. Tive internada e no SO, sempre super atentos e sem grandes burocracias.
