Very good hotel. The pool is located on the roof of hotel, so the view from this location is very good and you can see Lisbon from every side.

It's nice and regular hotel. Nothing special to add up. Executive rooms are big and spacious. Gym, small shop is quite handy. Breakfast has some good spread but regular holiday inn menu. Staff are friendly and polite.
Holiday inn. Basic but rooms are clean and comfortable. Bar is quite nice with decent sport TVs. Gym, however is shockingly poor. Picture of rowing - no machine, 1 treadmill working- other not plugged in so assume broken, bike - broken handles, weight bench - no free weights.
What can I say? It's amazing for the times we are going through.
Nice hotel make sure you select train station view . You get a very good view of trains, air plane landing and beautiful sunset.
Good hotel for the price and location js great for airport. Rooms are on the larger side and comfortable. Quick Uber ride to old town and the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable, tidy and clean room. Unfortunately not much of a view from the window. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options. The staff were not that great. For example, when it got busy at the breakfast buffet, the staff were not handling it very well, there were queues and there was a constant lack of plates/cutlery. Also at the check-in and -out, the receptionists were very slow and apathetic. The location is very good. It's not in the historic centre, but there's a metro station 5 mins away (the metro network is excellent) and a train station 10 mins away. There's also a lot of nice restaurants nearby and the area is quiet.
You get what you expect. That’s the positive on IHG Hotels globally. Big rooms, friendly staff. Close to the airport (10min by car).
