Great Store with great People. Been in there a few times now and every time, the staff is welcoming and take their time for the customer. Sometimes over 1h to leave no question unanswered. When it comes to Parts and Clothing it is a bit limited though, as the clothes are rather expensive and the parts not in stock. However, at the end of the day, it gets ordered and they call upon arrival. So far only great experience with the Shop. Well done!

I'm sure it's great, but the one day I had in Lisbon to go try and get a poker chip they were closed due to an event. Ended up walking 20 minutes out of the way just to show up to a sign on the door saying they were closed. Sad, but maybe I'll be back someday to get a poker chip.

Extremely over priced compared to other countries. Very could and unfriendly environment (unusual of HD stores), a customer can walk around for hours in the store without being addressed by any of the workers and when done so, in very arrogant way.
