Excellent service!! Was very happy!! Other people were trying to interrupt the gentlemen while he was assisting me ...he was very professional and served one person at a time. I definitely had his undivided attention!! Bought two bags!!

The store is beautiful and staff is friendly. However the current collection and articles provided in store are sooooo bad. If I’m whole shop I couldn’t manage to find a single thing I liked it made me think..
This store only sells bags and shoes but Gucci ready to wear is in another store right behind this one (Fashion Clinic). The store has a pretty good selection but service was embarrassingly bad. First time we were here, no-one opened the door for us and when I opened it myself, no-one bothered to close it. Second time (today) there were four people working. Doorman did his job. One guy was busy selling shoes. Two other tall guys with beards in their late twenties stood around drinking coffee and totally and I mean TOTALLY ignored us. For ten minutes. We decided to leave but right then the poor guy selling shoes desperately intervened, after asking his customer if it was ok. He helped us while the other two concentrated on their coffees. When we left the store with our purchase, they were still drinking coffee and at no point did they acknowledge our presence or even pretend to work. Our guy apologized for their incredible rudeness, which is something, I guess.

I went this same store today and was very disapointed that they could not punch a new hole in my Gucci belt. Where is the service?
