I love this gym! Visiting Lisbon from California and the staff made me feel right at home. The people who train her are very committed, so there's an intensity to the atmosphere, which encourages me to push myself during workouts. I would consider moving to lisbon just to train regularly at this gym!

Awsome staff, very friendly. They just need to add some aircon its extremely hot. Some music would be great too.
Great gym , however small. 5 for day pass. Great equipment , excellent for weight training. Bring padlock for lockers. Showers available. I trained at 11am , there was a good amount of clients , all serious about training . Will use again
I was visiting Lisbon and the gym has all it takes for a maintenance workout. And they allow 7-day gym goers for EUR15.
Used this gym on holiday in Lisbon. Quiet and all you need for a good workout.
Daypass 5 and Weekpass 15 Good gym. Everything you need is there: Rack, Bench, Dumbbell till 50kg, usual machines. Kinda small but completely ok for a training during holidays.
