Unfortunately seems to be the only German speaking notary in Lisbon, we saw the reviews and thought how bad can it be? Turns out... dreadful. We walked into the office in a dodgy area without and appointment and were seen right away (bad sign?) and needed a signature on a copy of a german bank statement to prove it was a copy, simple right? Nope, he took the document and the instructions, spend 50 minutes copying it, then came back to tell us it would be 86 euros!! then took another 15 minutes to come back with a signature on a separate page which is useless as we are supposed to send a digital copy. He told us that Portugese law means we cannot get a signature on the copy itself. Fine, but could have told us this a full hour ago. We left with bad moods all round and thankfully did not pay. Avoid if at all possible.

Péssimo atendimento e revelam uma enorme falta de conhecimento jurídico e legal. Não sabem sequer distinguir um repúdio de uma renúncia de herança e ainda respondem com arrogância e condescendência dizendo que não existe diferença. Não aconselho.
Desloquei-me para fazer um reconhecimento de 1 assinatura num documento banal. Queriam cobrar 24 euros. A média dos valores practicados noutros locais é de 15....
Preços praticados excessivos, ato praticado quase cinco vezes mais caro ao praticado noutro notário. Dirijam-se a outro notário, só se não existir outra alternativa.

Honorários absurdos comunicados telefonicamente (mais do dobro da média praticada).
