Our travel plans changed unexpectedly so we did a last minute booking at Eurostars das Letras. The hotel just reopened a couple of nights ago due to a Covid. The staff at the front office couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, attending to all our requests. The room was great and the area of the hotel is the best in Lisbon. Thank your for turning around our situation into a good one!!

Ok, I only give 3 start because to my opinion this Hotel cannot pretend to a 5* Hotel. I do not know the criteria for a 5*, but here lots of things need to be improved: a real restaurant and a real room service, as limited hours and limited choices. Room was big offering bath tub and shower. View from the window is a wall, but fine, I do not spend my time looking out of the window during my stay. It is true that the wall mounted TV is very small; again, I do not spend hours watching TV, but again, a 5* Hotel would offer a larger screen and more International channel (reception quality was also poor). Location is good, 15min walking to Lisbon downtown. Staff is very polite and helpful. I could check out later than standard time, free or charge without any negotiation. Some of the staff at reception really need an improvement on English.
This is a five star hotel in the city of Lisbon. The rooms in this hotel are very clean and very large which will make you very comfortable to stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I m right now at the hotel. Rooms disappointed, not reflecting the pictures, they said there is a view on the botanical garden but it’s not the case unless maybe for the top floor which by coincidence is not available but the hotel is empty. Fitness center only accessible for half an hour and you have to book before to go... sports usually takes at least one hour minimum. Laundry service is very important for those who stay for a short terms, oh but wait, it’s not either possible on Sunday !! for a hotel ? And don’t tell me all of these is due to Covid. Covid is not an excuse for everything. WiFi is not very good on the 3rd floor. Breakfast so so.

Thank you so much, hotel Eurostars das letras!we had a wonderful time even though some people have complained about the rooms not being modern enough for a 5 star hotel, we thought our room and bathroom was fully equipped, cost and we had a nice view from our 8th floor's room. We had fantastic breakfasts with lots of food choices for different tastes. A very heart-warming experience we had one day ,when my husband woke up sick,asked me to go see the city by myself and slept all day. I was worried, and told one of the women who were at the reception. A very kind, empathetic woman in general. I told her that my husband is sleeping and asked that the cleaning lady would arrive later on. When I came back in the afternoon I had a beautiful surprise:on the table was a tray, with beautifuly cut fruits, glass water-bottle, and most of all a very beautifully written letter from the hotel staff with healing wishes for my husband. Thank you and thank you again. We would certainly come again
I stayed at the hotel only 8 hours and would come back. Staff was so friendly. Room comfortable and large bathrooms with plenty of amenities. Remote controls were not clean at all...only negative point in my opinion.
