Clean, well maintained. However 2 of the three people we talked to were rude for absolutely no reason.

This guy in the ticket office was so terrible. He was super unkind and rude. When I asked him that I can use my viva viagem card to top-up for a sintra pass he just said NO. Although I asked the reason why, he shouted to me that “If I said you have to buy it, you have to buy it or leave here”. What a bossy and impolite attitude. I’m so disappointed to the service. He was literally the worst person I’ve ever met in Portugal.
