Very good bistrot, with great day's specials at good value. It has an adjacent wine shop where you can buy wines at retail price open them for the meal and take the rest home. The wine shop is fantastic with wines that are difficult to find elsewhere including some great aged ones.

Ordered takeout for what I was told was gazpacho made on-site, left with a 2,5 euro container of store-bought product. If you’re looking for a high quality, don’t bother. The ambience is cool and the waitstaff are nice, but the quality is low.

It was amazing and the food was the best food I've tasted so far during my trip to Portugal. I suggest that you get the steak or the cod fish as a main dish, and get either the egg pudding or the cheesecake. There is free wifi and outdoor seating. Food is not very expensive, and I only paid 22, when yesterday I paid over 50 for less and worst food! Definitely coming back again!

Good place to stop by if you're at the congress center for lunch or even after to catch up over drinks. Good wine selection and decent food. Do have a lunch set menu due to the crowds from the congress so get there a little earlier if possible.

Food is alright. Deseart don't deserve it. When in group there are many rules not clear at the start. I get myself wanting to drink one more glass of wine and not allowed to. The staff was not very friendly at this point arguing it was one bottle for each two person in the table. Be quick or you want drink !!!

This is just what we needed this evening! Staying at the snooty Pestana Palace Hotel, but escaped to find this delightful bistro, with welcoming smiles & comfort food/wine. Friendly service, good food & a nice place to relax after a busy day. Thank you! For visitors from abroad..you are brought olives, bread, cheese etc when you sit down. There is a customary charge, so if you don’t want it, say so & they’ll take it away. It’s not a scam, just how things roll in Portugal.
