Assistance over the phone has not always been professional, and often rude and short. Making an order online is a waste of time: you receive an email confirmation which is useless because you still need to confirm by phone. My experience over the past two years is they DO NOT deliver same day (even if you send an email or online request before opening hours, or call when they open at 9am). Delivery people have always been very kind, but the back and front office work like they're doing you a favor. Best to find an alternative.

Bad customer service, arrogant, and trying to cheat their customers. They insist on having a 4 year old paper receipt to get your deposit back after bringing them back the gas bottle. As if they don't know what a gas bottle in front of their eyes is without a receipt.

Péssimo serviço. Uma atitude desagradável e de falta de respeito pela maneira que fala com as pessoas. De quem não quer trabalhar e vê cada cliente apenas como uma conta bancária. Procurem outro local. Awful service. An unpleasant attitude and lack of respect for the way talks to people. Someone who does not want to work and sees each customer only as a bank account. Look for another location.
