Stayed 15 nights here during lockdown. Great rooms, very spacious. Staff were very professional and kind. The hotel's pandemic protocols were comprehensive. Great effort. Location is excellent close to two Metro stations.

It is a good standard hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and contain all the necessities you would need. Although the corridors may look creepy, the cookies they give at the start make up for it (i would literally go again just for a cookie)

I had a Beautiful room with a bathtub, staff was very friendly and check out was flexible. We requested for another table since we couldn't use the restaurant and it was quickly delivered.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Lisbon. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and spoke great english. With our diamond status, we were upgraded to a top floor room and received complimentary breakfast. The room was modern and nice with a big balcony. I wish the balcony had patio furniture so we could have enjoyed it more. The king bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The shower situation is incredibly strange and it didn’t make sense that the tub and shower were literally in the bedroom, so it got really steamy when showering. The sink and shower fixtures also are a little annoying to use, they seem like they were designed to be fancy looking, but not functional. Due to covid, there was no buffet breakfast, instead you fill out a card and they bring it to the room at the desired time. I recommend the sausages, tomatoes and yogurt with granola. I would recommend passing on the bacon as it was super hard and the fruit wasnt ripe. Overall I would return as it was a pleasant stay only with a few oddities.

Good location with easy access from the airport on the metro. Great staff - can't do enough for you. Pleasant bar with outdoor seating and excellent cocktails. Not particularly keen on the black colour scheme in the rooms but it doesn't detract from what is overall a well run property.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Conveniently located in Lisbon, easily reachable by car, metro and bus (it's a 150m walk from the nearest stop). Clean rooms, good staff and amazing breakfast. Oh, and unlimited cookies! Would definitely return.

Staff were extremely helpful, even helped coordinate our delayed luggage from the Airline. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.
