Very good training, just like in Thailand's tradition. Competition athletes train hand in hand (or fist in fist and kick in kick) with us mere mortals that only go there to keep fit! Add to this recipe a good environment, where everybody helps, and is available to give technical tips, a good training system - from the head coach Dina Pedro, herself an ex champion and national coach of the modality - and a really, really sweaty training session, and there is addiction to this team.
