They weren't able to deliver my order because they couldn't find the address. Funny that UPS, NACEX and VASP never had that issue! Plus, don't bother calling them. I've waited over 10 minutes on the line waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Nothing...

Absolutely terrible service - in fact you cannot call it ‘service’ from DHL Parcel Portugal. My package sent to the UK on a 5 day service has been showing as ‘In Transit’ in Madrid for 11 days now. Emails to [email protected] go unanswered, except for automatic replies asking for the shipping number, which of course I supply. The phone number given IS PREMIUM RATE AT 0.25 / minute. I called, was kept on hold for 45 minutes, so costing me over 10, then when it was eventually answered, the Agent took my details, put me on hold THEN I WAS CUT OFF Just the worst service I have experienced from any courier company. Avoid at all costs. 2 weeks after sending, my package has disappeared, and it contains items of great sentimental value, being sent to a 98 year old relative for her Birthday, who was expecting them and is now heartbroken

The service provided is terrible at their best. Because of some error registering my order there was a error in the postal code, and due to the Chinese new year, support was nowhere to be found. With this said, I've received an email said that my order would be delivered the next day and the email gave me 3 options, one to change the deliver address, for order to be delivered to a neighbor within the same postal-code, and the last to be delivered in a DHL Parcel partner. I've opted to change the address to the correct postal code and the web service gave me a confirmation email that the order was indeed being the next day to the changed address. I've made arrangements to carry the order to my house since the order is a little big and the address was of my work place. In the morning of the next day (Deliver day of the order) I received a call from DHL's courier trying to confirm the postal code, the call it self seemed that I was receiving a call from Mars or something in that type of quality, I wasn't able to comprehend anything that he said. I called the DHL Parcel support to try and resolve this issue and to receive my order in predicted time. They said that the order was returned to DHL warehouse because you cannot change the postal code that came from the vendor, but the web site permitted and confirmed the change made and the it would be delivered to the new address the next day. I've called 4 times in the same day to the support to try and receive the order in this day because I had made arrangements. With 4 call they tried to call the courier 6 times without any response the courier at some point just shutdown is phone and didn't answer to any type of contact. At 14hrs they said that it was too late and there's no possibility to receive my order during this day.... Their service during today is completely deplorable and if I had the chance I would not ever contract them to deliver me anything else. My only regret is not being able to rate them 0 stars

They weren't able to deliver my order because the address was allegedly incomplete. Instead of calling me and solve the problem in 30 seconds, they \burned\ one delivery day until they update the tracking system with \Incomplete address\.. The delivery took 1 day from Spain to Lisbon and 4 days in Lisbon trying to deliver it in the Lisbon Area..

Very poor services , they are not calling customer and pretend to not find the address when uber eats delivery guys does...

Never call, sending messages that nobody is at home while you're waiting for them the whole day, not changing the delivery address and you need to pay in order to call the customer service and assume their lack of ability to deliver properly the parcels. Two parcels returned to the sender because of that management. Awful service.

Made one delivery attempt (supposedly), did not call, did not text, no email, no paper slip. After contacting customer support they told me they can not make another delivery and I was offered to pick the parcel up at their warehouse in Alcochete, which is 35 kilometres outside of Lisbon. Absolutely ridiculous.
