I am happy I received my parcels, there was some stress, some phone calls and some more stress but compared to GLS, Fedex, SEUR or Rongel. DHL have got to be the better choice only surpassed by CTT who never go wrong, or at least for me. The call centre staff were very helpful and understanding, good professionals and English spoken. If the parcels arrived on day one, five stars without a doubt. I hope the service improves even more now.

5-7 days they said... It will cost you 118.00 they said. Weeks later and they are threatening fees for storage. I fill out forms everyday and send them back. No success!!! They are birthday gifts for my son’s 18th birthday and they are threatening to send them back. This is the worst service EVER!!! Don’t do it if you can avoid it!

This dhl is not customer friendly as it is inside a building that has various offices. Not easy to find at all. The cleaning lady on that 4th floor is very rude and proud. She thinks she knows very well and treats people badly who get lost trying to find the dhl express counter. However the staff Ana who served me was extremely helpful, polite, patient and kind. I really appreciate her great service to me! One can but hope that all staffs at work who faces customers are like her. I wish to thank her once again!
I have experience with DHL USA, DHL Switzerland, DHL Brazil, DHL Namibia, DHL United Kingdom and ultimately with DHL Portugal. I have ZERO complaints. Of course it is not USA standards (nothing ever will be in Europe and I say this as a European !!!) but for Europe, it is perfect. I order a lot from Ebay and Amazon, also big things as well as fragile items. Everything always arrived in good shape and during the proposed delivery dates. I usually receive an email a day before delivery and their driver calls me on the same day (about 15 minutes) prior arrival. That is as good as it can be in Europe, thus, five stars (DHL USA would still be 10 stars !!!)
