I would like to thank the Staff for being understanding and kind. I had a non-refundable reservation but when my cruise from a Lisbon was cancelled, they refunded my full prepayment. I would definitely recommend Hotel Corpo Santo for their flexibility during Covid. I look forward to staying there at some point in the future. Outstanding customer service!

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at during this pandemic. Hospitality was top notch. Upgraded to suite. Snacks, water, and a bottle of wine were gifted each day of stay. Great location for wandering around during lockdown. Bed and room were unbelievably comfortable. Offered cleaning (turn down) service each day which has not been my experience during these times. Highly recommend!! Highly.
Excellent hotel located directly in the city center of Lisbon. Very friendly staff : Karen, Nuno(s), Joana at the reception. Christopher at the restaurant. It's a very nice discovery and they can be sure that I will stay there again on my next trips to Lisbon. They know how to establish a real connection with their guests. On top of that, the rooms have all what is needed to spend a good time. The bar and restaurant have everything needed to make the guests happy.
An excellent hotel in the perfect location. From arrival at reception to our departure the staff were courteous,helpful and efficient. The hotel was spotless and the bedrooms large and comfortable. The shower over the bath was our only minus point. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fry and continental. Plenty of free water in reception and a free drink in the afternoon was a nice touch. All the main tourist districts are within easy walking distance plus the hotel offers free walking tours. The bar area was a nice place to chill at the end of the day with prices comparable with other city centre bars and restaurants. Note the photo of the daily free ice cream per person, another nice touch.
We had an amazing experience at Corpo Santo Hotel which honestly exceeded our expectations. At our arrival we received a free upgrade and a nice surprise in the room with a bottle of champagne, a cake and candies (thanks to Liliana and Diana) Breakfast was insane. Really one of the best I have ever had in my life. I would like to thank Renato once again who was extremely kind and professional. The location of the hotel is very good. The room was very spacious, clean and offered a lot of amenities. Given we went during covid the hotel was safe and secure following all the safety protocols. The stay was perfect and we will definitely return soon
The hotel looks nice inside with beautiful wall papers on the floors. There are some refreshments by the front door and also right outside the lifts in each floor which was quite nice (although the refreshments weren't that nice but it was a nice idea). There is also an ice cream shop outside that the hotel guests can enjoy free of charge. Again, nice gesture but it'd just soft ice cream. Don't expect geleto here. The room Good size room, I liked it that our room had 2 bathrooms, very comfortable bed too. There was an espresso machine in the room but no kettle or tea which was strange as not everyone will drink espresso all day long. The bed was constantly made by the cleaners which was nice, they have very nice Molten Brown shampoos etc but what was very annoying was the dancing lights in the shower which were on constantly. The food Breakfast average at best, they charge for stuff like egg royal etc and only have fried/scrambled eggs available for breakfast. Not much variety. I got bored on the second day to be honest. We had dinner there once, the starters were good but the main was mediocre. The cocktails were also nothing especial. The service Service above average. There were maybe a couple of staff who were quite attentive and welcoming but we were quite surprised by some of the staff. One didn't even say hello back to us when we greeted this person and we were really surprised. Overall, this is a bit over the average hotel. Not worth the price in my opinion. One thing I noticed is take reviews with a pinch of salt. Everyone has different standards. One persons 5 star could be 3 star to me...
We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Really nice hotel and nicer staff, we were served mainly by Karen and Nuno who were great. The rooms were spacious and fresh aired. The breakfast was table service due to covid. There is plenty of hand sanitiser everywhere. There are snacks in reception and water. You get daily ice cream, hot drink and wine and cheese tasting daily as part of the stay. The hotel is located near to the main sights and transport links.
Excellent 5 star hotel that really deserves the stars. Great service, incredible breakfast (served from a menu!) and very attentive staff that delighted us with small surprises during our stay. The rooms were quiet and despite being in the heart of the city the double windows prevent any noise to come in.
