I bought a totem bag for my wife. After a couple weeks of use the bag was tear up due to a too strong magnet in the lock. The bag returned after more than a month and came the same one. Not a new one. We don’t trust this brand anymore. Low quality made with a premium price. Wake up guys, clients are not fooled nor shouldn’t be treated like that. The only thing you could do is give a new one or give back the money. At the end I gave this as a gift and it was not possible for her to use it during all this time.
