It was clean apartments and the check in went smooth. However,the problem starts with the clogged shower. I told them to fix it and they promised to fix it the day after. The next day they didnt fix it. They only give 1 toilet paper for 5 people in the apartments (we specify that in our bookings that we are 5 people). When I ask them if they have extra their answer was \buy it in supermarket\.Also the pull out couch didnt work properly. If its was airbnb its okay because people didnt get used to hospitality service. But this own by company they should have standards and quality control.

Apartamento muito bem remodelado, minimalista e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor. Sala e quartos com excelentes áreas! Localização muito central, com uma vista fabulosa. Atendimento 5 estrelas!

Très bien positionné dans le vieux quartier et dans la rue du funiculaire. L appartement est très mal insonorisé. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Prenez vos boules quies Il est également très sombre peu de lumière du jour et de lampe à l intérieur. Fourniture (Papier toilette , tablette lave vaisselle ) très réduite. Mieux veux en emporter avec soi.
