This place is shameful. With the amount of taxes we pay, we shouldn't be treated and humiliated this way by public services. Vergonhoso!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am pregnant, and the doctors I spoke to at this facility are the most incompetent persons I have ever met. They didn't know the basics of what happens during a pregnancy and which exams to get (I had to inform them!). The doctors and the staff are also extremely rude and even though I was the only client at the facility (because of Covid-19), they managed to forget about me and have me waiting for an hour. Can't recommend this place to anyone.

I was scared by the stories of how difficult it is to get the numero de utente in other health centres in Lisbon so what was my surprise when I had it done in 1 hour here. So what normally happens is that people come to other centres at 6-7am to take a place in a line so when it opens at 8am they can get the actual ticket for getting numero do utente on that day(or not since the amount of these tickets for a day is limited) ..and then wait another couple of hours to get their numero de utente. In this centre the nicest security guy keeps a handwritten queue record for the next days for you to get your numero de utente. So first I came around 9am before work, he said what was the closest free slot(it was on the next day), put my name there, all very quick. I came at the time he told me next day - got my number in less than an hour. Good job! Other health centres should pick it up and do the same!

Very bad service had to come here two time just to join on SNS. First day came at 11 the security guy said time is up next day come at 9. Did came on time but then he said have to come at 11:30, like WTF. Hey it's Portugal what else you can except. I don't know why even I'm writing a review here as if somebody is gonna see it and take a action lol! Extremely Frustrated.

Shockingly bad government service. See the other reviews. Here to get a healthcare number utente. They issue 10 per day. And expect you to wait for 6 hours. No choice to go elsewhere. Grumpy, miserable staff. Portugal will be back in the financial crisis due to this type of attitude to new residents.
