If I could give it no star. Ordered a bed 2 months ago and we agreed on a set delivery date and they confirmed this three times, just to find out the day before delivery that they couldn't deliver it, then the same night the delivery man calls me to tell me that he's coming to deliver the bed but he has the wrong address so he ends up not coming. Of course now it's impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Completely unprofessional and at this point I'm ready to cancel my order.
