Called them and sent a paper i needed to be signed, they acknowledged they received my email and said tomorrow they will set up a meeting to sign it, then stopped replying despite my attempts to contact them and figure out what is going on. Lost a week on that.

Difícil ou mesmo impossível encontrar em Lisboa um tão mau serviço ao cliente por parte dos colaboradores inqualificados que ali trabalham. Reitero a indignação que hoje formulei antes, durante e após o Acto Notarial que ali me levou. Como prestadora de serviços, não voltarei. Alerto para o facto de serem exorbitantemente caros (o dobro de qualquer outro Notário), serviço lento e mau atendimento. A esquecer.
