The most rude service, they don't accept 50 euro or more for the bus tickets and if you take the wrong bus because of the poor information given, they put you outside the bus let you wait 15 min outside and let you buy a new ticket for the same bus, they have 0.0 empathy. And that for a service sponsored by the government, you would expect more compassion and hospitality. 2 stars for that the bus ride according through some schedule

They only take Portuguese cards or cash so come prepared and don't use the automatic machines. A mix of quite rude, crass staff and some quite lovely people but clearly ill-prepared for the amount of customers. During this period it's chaos unless you come some time before opening time at 8 (only September and October) but such is the way with Portuguese admin services...
