Value for money and very supportive kind reception...there is a small mini market nearby so it is very helpful.. it is old structure like it belongs to another time yet it is clean and well maintained

Fabulous location at 500 m from Marques de Pombal.Non stop reception. Nice people but crowded and not so clean kitchen.A nightmare for a decent breakfast despite the good food and cook. STILL WORKING AT INTERMEDIATE LEVELS. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms.Could easily be more with little efforts!!

Good place for booking in Lisboa. Good prices, with small but interesting room and individual bathroom. The cleaning of room is perfect. The place is a traditional region of Lisboa with restaurants, supermarkets and transport near from the hotel. The people are very kind.

Very nice hotel! The service is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly decorated, very modern. The great shower is just awesome. The breakfast is absolutely worth it. You have everything you need and can enjoy your breakfast on the 6th floor with a view. The location is perfect. There are several bus stops and metro stations near the hotel.

We arrived to find no towels in the room and had to ring down twice to get some sent up to the room which took 45 minutes. There is a lot of renovation work going on and was woken by noise at 6.30am. The breakfast room is very tired and only has limited options available. The rooms feel quite claustrophobic and the cups in the room were broken. There only appears to be one person working after a certain time so when we rang down because the toilet roll had not been replaced we could not have any sent up. Each day our soap was replaced which is not very sustainable, soap is soap, let us use it until it is finished without having to open a new one every day. You get what you pay for I suppose. Friendly staff but poorly run hotel.
