I can only speak for the Parts and the Service department as I did not buy a car from them. I often buy parts from them and the staff have always been super helpful, definitely recommend them if you need to get original Ford parts.

4a feira, 14:05. Venho no horário de almoço para obter informações sobre a compra de um automóvel novo. A loja está aberta e NENHUM vendedor presente. A pessoa da oficina diz que em dez ou quinze minutos (?!) Chegaria alguém. Pena que eu não tenho esse tempo para esperar em uma loja que deveria estar aberta e funcionando neste horário. Lamentável...
