First time customers, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, explaining the concept and everything we needed to know. The decor is fun, with everything about the place keeping the Lab theme going. Many different flavors to chose from, even the type of sugar you want to use. The portions are big, it will quench anyone's thirst. The location is great too, next to the Saldanha subway station.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the waiter did a great job at explaining the concept of the store, which is pretty cool by the way. The tea was very tasteful, there's plenty of options and they're pretty affordable. Definitely recommend!
