Great reception..helpful polite..made my reservation on the spot. Has a luggage room. The quality of the room was a surprise. Nit clean well equipped with all the necessary things. Staff are helpful smiling. Has a happy hour at the bar. No breakfast cause of covid 19 but the hotel gave a complimentary starter for the morning..yogurt granola banana and orange juice you see a thought in everything... Highly recommended

Fantastic stay at the Brown’s Central Hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bakeries, and ferry station. The Hotel’s European breakfast is outstanding! Will definitely be back, loved everything about our stay here.
Browns was a big surprise that Lisbon offer to us. People are very nice and always there to help you if needed.Rooms are completely equipped whit all what you can need,very clean. Breakfast is good. Location is fantastic.Drinks and service on the bar is good. We got a free guided whit a very nice girl.We was celebrating a birthday in the last night and they heard us and come whit a bottle of champagne from the hotel.This was never happened to us before. We will come back for sure!
We were really impressed with this hotel! A small room but it has everything you need and more! The attention to detail in the room was excellent. Reception staff were always very helpful and efficient, we received a free bottle of wine and cherry shots. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again! Great central area.
A bar is nice with a good variety of cocktails, but our room was not good (especially for 4* hotel). The room was so small you don't have enough space to open your bag (you can fully open it only on the bed). It looks like it was much smaller than what they promised on booking.com, and fotos on the site were wrong. And the bathroom... There was no real wall between bedroom and bathroom, only glass. It is very strange and uncomfortable
Art deco-style hotel in the center of the action in downtown Lisbon. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are curated with retro-style refrigerators, radios and other memorabilia. Very comfortable beds. The bar area is beautifully decorated as in the dining room. Nice breakfast choices that are always being attended to by the staff. Also has a nice outside dining area.

5 stars for the gorgeous central location, 4 stars for the great and variegated breakfast, 3 stars for the small room. Besides, it was too hot in the room and there was not enough air, only heavy blankets available. Good ratio quality/price (we’ve been there in last week of April).
