We tried the 10 course tasting menu (they also offer to make it fully vegetarian) and literally ever single course was an explosion of different yet well composed flavors. Every dish was so unique with flavors inspired and influenced by the Portuguese, French, South American and Indian cuisine. We definitely didn’t expect to find such an amazing tasting experience in a place like this. But honestly, this restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star! Also the Service was exceptional - all in all, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Excellent restaurant in Lisbon. Went with some friends and we all had a great time. Cocktails were good and we shared a few starters which were all excellent. The lamb main course to share is absolutely amazing, it says it's for 2 people but 3 of us shared it and there was still some left over. There was a good choice of wines which were all very good. Service was excellent and very friendly
Lisbon has a lot of restaurants but many are similar. Boubou's is not only delicious but also differentiated. Personally I think the fish is tops but the menu is short and distinguished, so cannot go wrong.
Were recommended to come by our friends. Amazing food and service. Great creative flavours put together. Knowledgeable waiters. Helped me to work around my intolerances, even in terms of desserts. Wine is heavenly.
Creative and delicious dishes. Luckily, they are all relatively small. But the tiniest (their 'cigar' appetizer) is the tastiest. Too bad their only fish that is not served raw is, you guessed it... bacalhau. Their wine selection is exquisite and their knowledge about them as well as about food pairings is exceptional. I'll return for sure, though maybe not with my lovely French friends next time, to avoid a slight, but understandable attention deficit .
A place like a friends home Boubou's is a fantastic restaurant which brings together an amazing atmosphere, extraordinary dishes and great service. After entering you feel like at a friends place. The interior design is cozy and with many little details to discover. The staff really knows the menu and is extremely helpful in finding the right dishes and drinks. Once the food arrives you will be amazed by the power of the dishes and the richness of the flavors. Boubou is a must for any foody coming to Lisboa.
Nice restaurant with good food and attentive staff. I will gladly recommend the tuna appetizer, which was excellent, and the barley risotto, where all the various flavors blend so well. After ordering the waiter left a cookbook at my table. The purpose of it was lost on me though. Why should I read about dishes I can't order?
What a lovely place! As we arrived with my girlfriend to this modern, cozy and well-decorated restaurant, everyone of the staff greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The service was best we've had in Lisbon so far. They really care about their customers unlike many other \fancy\ restaurants in Lisbon. We had cocktails, some snacks like rabbit croquettes and crispy squids and for main dish we took a huge, shareable portion of lamb kebab. Every peace of the menu was really tasty and well executed! Definitely worth a visit!
