This is a place with good food. Were in it twice and I want to say we will definitely come back. The first time was before the corona virus, everything was gorgeous. We sat at the bar and could watch how they cook. The second time we were when the corona virus appeared in the world, the experience was no worse. This institution respects the distance between the tables and all sanitary norms. The food did not spoil as tasty as the first time. good service and delicious food

This restaurant was recommended for me to visit on Wednesday night while I was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. Great food in fact. The decor reminded me of Japanese canteen style restaurants, with a lot more space. The food was fresh, authentic and served with great service. I would go again.

Such a nice place to eat traditional Japanese food.

Really nice restaurant. Good sushi but we were really impressed by the Katsudon. Unfortunately not perfect, the karaage was not fantastic and the pork cutlet was slightly overcooked. Overall a nice restaurant.

One of the most authentic Japanese Restaurants in town. Fresh and tasty, highly recommend their “almoço do dia” !!!

Presentation was amazing ! Well impressed . I had the Chirashi and Sashimi. Little bit pricey but the reason why I gave Bonsai 3 stars is because the place smelt stale. Smells like a basement .. I think it’s the floors ..

You will always have surprise on executive menu. For dinner must try the aged tuna belly, super good.

This place is so Japanese. They’ve even got traditional Japanese dining tables, the sitting style ones! The environment was decent and quiet. The most of the staffs are Japanese as well. I was impressed. The food was delicious, of course. I went there for the 12 lunch deal twice. If you have a tight budget, come here for the lunch deal. It’s not just an authentic food experience but more a cultural experience.
