I rented bikes at a few different shops in Lisbon and Cascais, and this was the best so far. The bikes are in excellent condition, the owner was very nice and spoke French with my mother. Prices are on the lower side as well.
The bikes were in a very good condition. The owner was very friendly and gave us good advises for our bike tour. Booking and payment was very fast and easy and the price was very good. If you decide to explore lissabon by bikecycle (especially the monuments along the river) you should definitely book your bikes at this store.

Recommended! Very good prices for 1 week's MTB hire. The manager, Rui, was very helpful. He gave me great advice on using Lisbon's cycle paths. I will definitely use this business again if/when I return to Lisbon to do the cycling I missed (across the river at Trafaria/Coast and Cascais) . All the pictures were taken on official cycle paths.
If you want to see Lisbon from a different perspective, then this is your place to be. The biketour they give is excellent. The tourguide can tell you a lot and the electric bikes are really powerfull. The hills won't be a problem for you anymore. Especially Dutch tourists (like me) will like this.
