It's called Banana Cafe now. I like the food, just don't take anything 'to go' because it's very messy when packed. The only place I've seen that has a turkey (deli) toast (3). WiFi is decent. Hate the smokers tough, not sure why this habit isn't banned in public areas yet.

The service was very slow. After order and paying in advance, we were given some sort of device that was probably supposed to indicate us that our meal is ready. However, the staff did not give us any information on how that device works. I asked for hamburger without tomato, but when I got it after almost 30 minutes of waiting, there was a tomato. The hamburger itself was quite small, did not satisfy my hunger at all. Only good thing was that it was not too expensive.
Not a bad place, but very inefficient in their service. Like a lot of places in Portugal. It is slow.
Restaurante, bar e esplanada no interior do Jardim da Estrela, servindo bebidas, café, sumos naturais, hambúrgueres, tostas, comida vegetariana, etc.. Descansar e saborear bebidas ou comidas, rodeado de um jardim espetacular, com vista para a basílica da Estrela e no interior ou exterior, com uma grande e solarenga esplanada. Serviço médio e preços aceitáveis para o local. Exemplo hambúrguer primavera e uma cerveja (imperial) 9 euros.
Le lieu ne paie pas de mine, dans ce splendide jardin un peu vieilli, mais la carte est sympa, les produits de qualité et les prix très doux.
