We bought a lisboa card with a sintra package from the official lisboacard website. I was then told when I arrived that this sintra package doesn't exist. I asked if I could get a refund since, of course, I paid for something and wasn't getting anything for it. I was then told to contact the lisboa card website myself because its not their problem. Why couldn't she have contacted them for me since it was a problem between those two companies? It was not my fault. I expect some help in return for purchasing something. Basically I expected customer service since I was a customer but I got none.

Pure lies! The„fast tracks/lines“ don't exist! It‘s only advantageous if you take public transport, but not otherwise! The benefits are not kept as promised.
We were sent to this place to buy the Lisbon Card by Baixa metro ticket booth staff as she said it would close at 8pm but it was already closed at 7.30pm at the glass door. And the Door was not even marked clearly as they left with the door folded inward after 8pm to confuse more. and no one could see their open hours after 8pm. Quit the job if you don't like visitors.
A lot better than the other info points. lady who took care of me was smiling and helpful all the time unlike the other info point. Good free wifi and wc is available.
You could buy here your Lisbon Card or any kind of souvenirs related to Lisbon and Portugal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went there to ask them where I could buy tickets to visit the Belém castle because I had heard you could do it there. The employee just told me it was only possible to buy it online or on-site. In fact you can buy a Lisboa card 19eu at Ask me Lisboa and have access to Belém with it.The employee failed to share that exception with me, maybe she was too lazy !
